The E-commerce Manager will oversee online store operations, manage teams, and drive digital growth strategies. This role requires strong Shopify expertise and proven experience in B2C e-commerce. The E-commerce Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize customer experience, and implement projects that contribute to sales growth and brand expansion.

Objectives of this role:
Scale the e-commerce business by driving sales growth, optimizing ROI, and expanding brand visibility.
Oversee Shopify storefront and marketplace management (Amazon, Reverb, GovX), ensuring a polished, conversion-ready experience.
Lead and align outsourced teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing, content, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations on Shopify, ensuring smooth functionality and updates.
Manage outsourced staff, ensuring task quality, deadlines, and ROI across digital campaigns.
Review and maintain product listings, images, and pricing to avoid errors or policy violations.
Coordinate and monitor email and SMS campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with promotions.
Track website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for fixes and design improvements.
Monitor Google Ads performance and collaborate with external specialists to ensure ROI.
Identify and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention.
Regularly report progress, challenges, and performance metrics to the business owner.
Lead weekly meetings to set goals, track project progress, and align the team.
Required skills and qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role, specifically in B2C e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in Shopify (non-negotiable).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Experience in digital marketing (SEO, ads, email/SMS, omni-channel campaigns).
Skilled in data analysis, KPI reporting, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Experience managing outsourced or remote teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Stable internet connection and ability to attend regular Zoom/Google Meet meetings.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience with tools such as Klaviyo (email/SMS), SkuVault (inventory), and ListingMirror (multi-channel).
Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing.
Experience building loyalty and rewards programs.
Background in music, arts, or education-related industries is a plus.
