Remote Social Media & Content Creator

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking a talented Remote Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop, manage, and grow their social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics

Engage with audiences, responding to comments and messages professionally

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media channels for businesses or brands

Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and/or video production

Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite)

Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends
