Overview
Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Account Oversight: Manage client accounts, ensuring services are delivered effectively and expectations are met.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Strategic Support: Identify opportunities to enhance client value and support business development initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver account performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address challenges and implement solutions to maintain positive client experiences.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge of digital marketing services preferred.

To perform effectively in this role, candidates must have:
- Their own laptop and headset (capable of supporting account management and communication tools).
- Reliable power supply (Solar, UPS, or Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work.
