This role will be part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time as the company expands.

The Supply Chain Manager will be in charge of optimising international supply chains and support seamless e-commerce operations. This part-time remote role focuses on strategic inventory management, customs compliance, manufacturer coordination, and data-driven forecasting.

You'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and the client's internal team to ensure efficient stock levels and drive sustainable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional to contribute to a thriving e-commerce brand with flexibility and strong potential for increased hours as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international supply chain operations, including coordinating imports, preparing/submitting customs forms, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and customs authorities to proactively resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Perform regular stocktakes to confirm inventory accuracy and address any variances promptly.
  • Analyze sales data from Excel to develop accurate long-term stock projections (6-8 months ahead) that guide purchasing and inventory decisions.
  • Ensure precise data capture and organization for inventory, logistics tracking, and performance reporting to support error-free operations.
  • Track and improve key supply chain metrics, including lead times, costs, and stock turnover rates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in international logistics, with hands-on experience coordinating cross-border shipments and navigating supply chain complexities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, forecasting, modeling, and professional reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data capture and record-keeping.
  • Self-motivated and reliable for remote work, equipped with your own laptop, headset, and backup power supply.
  • Availability for part-time commitment: 4 hours per day during UK office hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM GMT/BST).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with international stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Practical experience with WooCommerce, particularly for inventory synchronization, order processing, and e-commerce integration.
  • Familiarity with additional supply chain or ERP tools to complement Excel-based workflows.
  • Background in e-commerce supply chains, ideally with fast-moving consumer goods.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time schedule aligned with UK time zones, ideal for work-life balance.
  • Opportunity for role expansion to full-time as our client's business continues to grow rapidly.
  • Competitive remuneration based on experience and expertise.
  • Fully remote position with a supportive, collaborative team environment.

If you are an experienced supply chain manager with an eye for detail and a knack for accurate forecasting and reporting, we' love to hear from you!
