- Track and improve key supply chain metrics, including lead times, costs, and stock turnover rates.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in international logistics, with hands-on experience coordinating cross-border shipments and navigating supply chain complexities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, forecasting, modeling, and professional reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data capture and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated and reliable for remote work, equipped with your own laptop, headset, and backup power supply.
- Availability for part-time commitment: 4 hours per day during UK office hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM GMT/BST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with international stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Practical experience with WooCommerce, particularly for inventory synchronization, order processing, and e-commerce integration.
- Familiarity with additional supply chain or ERP tools to complement Excel-based workflows.
- Background in e-commerce supply chains, ideally with fast-moving consumer goods.
What We Offer
- Flexible part-time schedule aligned with UK time zones, ideal for work-life balance.
- Opportunity for role expansion to full-time as our client's business continues to grow rapidly.
- Competitive remuneration based on experience and expertise.
- Fully remote position with a supportive, collaborative team environment.
