As the agency continues to scale, they are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join their remote team and support day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the operations and creative teams across a wide range of digital projects. This includes tasks such as implementing website updates, creating visual assets, supporting campaign delivery, and utilising AI tools within daily work. This role is ideal for a creative, design‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with website builds, updates, edits, and general site maintenance
• Create marketing assets using tools such as Canva
• Support the team with a variety of digital marketing projects
• Actively utilise AI tools in everyday work to enhance productivity and creativity
• Collaborate on designs, branding elements, and visual content
• Work closely with the operations team on project delivery
• Support other internal projects as required within the agency
• Assist in implementing changes within GHL (GoHighLevel), if experienced

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, design, or creative support role
• Strong design orientation with a creative mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience using Canva
• Experience in website design or ability to make website changes
• AI-first approach, with confidence using AI tools and AI automation as part of daily work
• Experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) preferred
• Ability to work flexibly as required by project needs
• Must have own laptop, headset, reliable internet connection, and a stable power supply (Solar, UPS, or Inverter)
