Remote Strategic Partnership Manager - Campaign & Brand Focus
Outsource Ability, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking a skilled Remote Strategic Partnership Manager to lead influencer and brand partnership campaigns, build strategic relationships, and drive measurable growth. This role is for experienced campaign and partnership professionalsnot individual influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute influencer and brand partnership campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with partners to ensure successful campaign execution
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI
Collaborate with marketing, content, and social teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and meet KPIs
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
Drive influencer engagement and partnerships on platforms such as TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, and others
Stay informed on market trends, competitor campaigns, and best practices in influencer, PR, and partnership marketing
Requirements:
Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection
Proven experience managing influencer or brand partnership campaigns with measurable results
Strong project management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven approach with experience tracking campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI
Knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and other social platforms for influencer engagement
Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns remotely
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bonus:
PR qualifications or experience in public relations campaigns
Experience with SaaS, eCommerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, Heepsy)
Knowledge of social media trends, engagement metrics, and digital marketing strategy
