Marketing Manager (RYW6X83R)
Job Description:
Fully Remote — South Africa | Independent Contractor | Full-time, UK business hours | A fast-growing UK short-term rental management company
About the Role
Outsource Ability is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a short-term rental management company. They manage properties for owners in the UK, Dubai and Cyprus and are adding new units every month. They are looking for an analytical, commercially minded Marketing Manager.
The core objective of this role is to connect the dots across the company's marketing and lead generation. The company currently brings in property-owner leads through social media, Meta ads and its website. You will oversee all of these channels, measure how each one performs, and report to the founder on what is working and where to invest. This is a strategic, big-picture role rather than a hands-on creative one, with clear room to progress into leading the marketing function as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Oversight and Coordination
- Oversee all marketing channels, including organic social media, Meta advertising, the website and SEO.
- Lead and support the in-house social media manager, and act as her point of escalation and direction.
- Coordinate with the external website and SEO agency to track progress and make sure the work is driving qualified traffic.
- Bring Meta ads management, currently run by the founder, under your oversight.
- Keep a balanced view across all channels rather than focusing on any single one.
Lead Tracking and CRM
- Make sure every lead is captured accurately in GoHighLevel and its source is recorded.
- Monitor how leads move through the pipeline from first enquiry to signed property owner.
- Work with the sales team so marketing and sales activity are aligned.
Reporting and Analysis
- Produce a weekly report for the founder covering lead volume, lead source split and the outcome of leads.
- Compare performance across channels, such as social media against SEO against paid ads, in one consolidated view.
- Recommend where to increase, reduce or reallocate marketing spend, based on the data.
- Turn performance data into clear, concise insight that supports strategic decisions.
Strategy and Brand
- Contribute to the company's marketing strategy and growth planning alongside the founder.
- Run regular review and planning sessions with the marketing team to improve results.
- Protect a consistent brand and customer experience from first awareness through to owner referrals.
Systems
- GoHighLevel (CRM)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Workspace
Experience with every system is not essential, but you must be confident learning new technology.

- Experience overseeing multiple channels, such as social media, paid ads and SEO.

- Clear, concise reporting to senior leadership.
- A strategic, big-picture mindset.
- An ownership-driven approach in a small, fast-growing company.

- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
