Outsource Ability, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking professional Remote Customer Support Agents to provide high-quality customer service across various industries, including SaaS, financial services, eCommerce, and more. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

Resolve questions, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or helpdesk systems

Assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, or product/service guidance

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring excellent customer experience

Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection, reliable power supply

Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or similar roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused attitude with effective problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment

Basic familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus

Bonus:

Multilingual skills or additional communication channels experience
