Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine of our recruitment pipeline—headhunting, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates primarily within the Marketing and Real Estate sectors.

If you thrive on uncovering hard-to-find talent, mastering Boolean search strings, and acting as the first touchpoint for prospective candidates, this position offers the flexibility and autonomy to succeed from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing: Identify active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, social media, and niche industry networks.
• Specialized Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial phone and video screenings for marketing roles (e.g., Digital Marketers, Brand Managers, SEO Specialists) and real estate roles (e.g., Property Managers, Asset Managers, Commercial Brokers).
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pools for high-frequency client requests across marketing and real estate sectors.
• Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling, highly personalized outreach messages to maximize response rates from passive talent.
• Database Accuracy: Maintain updated candidate records, call notes, and stage tracking in our ATS/CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to understand role specifications and align candidate profiles with client needs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Sourcing Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Sector Focus: Prior experience sourcing within Marketing and/or Real Estate recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Sourcing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Boolean operators, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional candidate-facing demeanor.
• Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage your time effectively in an unsupervised, remote environment.

Equipment & Technical Requirements

Because this is a fully remote role requiring consistent communication and database connectivity, candidates must possess their own reliable workspace setup:

• Hardware: Modern laptop or desktop computer (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent or better, min. 8GB RAM).
• Headset: High-quality, noise-canceling USB or Bluetooth headset with a clear microphone.
• Internet Connection: Stable, high-speed fiber connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload (Minimum 50/50 Mbps symmetrical).
• Backup Power Supply: A functional UPS, inverter, or power station capable of keeping your router and laptop operational during power outages/load shedding (minimum 2–4 hours backup time).
