Outsource Ability Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data management, and an enhanced client experience. Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions
  • Assist with order processing and tracking

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication
  • Ensure timely responses to client requests

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, or digital platforms
  • Follow up on existing leads and nurture relationships
  • Support execution of outbound sales campaigns

Sales Operations Support

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams
  • Assist with sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a remote or outsourced support environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics
