Process Management Analyst

About the Role:
As a Process Management Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices and support digital transformation initiatives.
Main Tasks:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand current operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and facilitate engaging process workshops that encourage brainstorming and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of existing workflows, documentation and on-the-ground operations to gather essential insights.
- Create detailed AS IS process models, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and outdated practices.
- Work with business units to gather requirements and design optimised TO BE workflows, often incorporating automation and cost-saving measures.
- Support the implementation of process changes by aligning goals, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth execution.

Desirable Skills:
- Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies is highly desirable, as we explore innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management is preferred.
