Customer Experience Agent - Danish speaking
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a full-time Danish speaking Customer support agent to join their team in the iGaming industry.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer queries via emails and Live Chat
- Resolve any complaints in an effective and professional manner
- Assist with customer verification process, documentation checks and other related processes
- Give feedback to Management on any re-occurring issues
- Promote the company's values and products
- Assist with any other related departmental duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset, preferable in the iGaming industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Applicants must be fluent in both Danish and English. Fluency in German is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Customer oriented.
- Team-player.
- IT skills (excel, outlook, etc)
