Customer Experience Agent - Danish speaking

 Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Danish speaking Customer support agent to join their team in the iGaming industry.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer queries via emails and Live Chat
  • Resolve any complaints in an effective and professional manner
  • Assist with customer verification process, documentation checks and other related processes
  • Give feedback to Management on any re-occurring issues
  • Promote the company's values and products
  • Assist with any other related departmental duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset, preferable in the iGaming industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Applicants must be fluent in both Danish and English. Fluency in German is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Team-player.
  • IT skills (excel, outlook, etc)
