Our client is looking for Housekeeping Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Laundry Attendants to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

Note: A pre-departure course is required for this position.

The Roles at a Glance

• Housekeeping Attendants: Responsible for the "guest sanctuary"—changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring guest rooms are spotless.
• Public Area Attendants: Focuses on the propertys first impression—maintaining the cleanliness and sparkle of hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
• Laundry Attendants: Manages the flow of linens and towels, ensuring all fabrics are processed, cleaned, and organized for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly service guest rooms, public spaces, or laundry facilities according to high sanitation standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Handle requests politely and ensure all areas are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
• Safety & Reporting: Promptly report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or lost items to the supervisor.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support smooth, efficient operations.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: A strong passion for cleanliness and order.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays (perfect for those with evening studies).
• Reliability: Good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professionalism: A friendly attitude and a basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
