Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks across the company’s facilities, ensuring that the premises remain safe, functional, and well maintained.

The role requires practical experience in general maintenance works, including basic plumbing, electrical tasks, and painting. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to building a long-term career within the organisation.

Our client operates within the aviation services sector, providing consultancy, training, compliance, and operational support to aviation operators and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and minor repairs.

• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Identify maintenance issues and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

• Assist with general upkeep of the company’s premises.

• Support other operational tasks related to facility maintenance when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

• Ability to carry out physical tasks when required.

• Preference will be given to Maltese nationals seeking a long-term commitment.
