Sales Executive - MG
Job Description:
Our Client, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (MG) to join their team on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities

Open and close the showroom, ensuring both showroom and vehicles are maintained in optimum condition at all times.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, addressing all queries related to vehicles and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Promote and sell the brand, increasing brand knowledge and driving sales with customers.

Evaluate customers product choices and guide them in making purchasing decisions based on their needs.

Explain vehicle model features and conduct test drives to encourage customers to experience the vehicle.

Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales and collect payments (cash / loans / cheque deposits).

Arrange vehicle checks and preparation for delivery, ensuring handovers are carried out in line with brand standards.

Manage any complaints related to sales, escalating to the Sales Manager when necessary.

Report cleaning or maintenance needs to ensure the showroom meets Franchise Standards.

Stay up to date with new vehicle models, features, and technology, ensuring strict adherence to Franchise Standards.

Support and attend vehicle launches and promotional events, including those held outside regular working hours.

Attend required training sessions, locally or abroad, as organised by the Company.

Carry out additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Brand Manager.

Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, and Franchise standards.
Educational and Skill Requirements

A-Level standard of education.

ECDL or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in sales.

Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
