They must achieve the set objectives while upholding high standards of advice and customer service, ensuring the efficient and responsible use of available resources to maximize value.

They ensure that their team adheres to the company's ethical, professional, and profitability codes, while also complying with regulatory requirements, meeting customer needs, and maintaining efficiency in resolving activity-related issues.
