Our client is seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage and inspire a commercial sales team, driving performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance. Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales Network, this role is pivotal in achieving sales objectives and fostering collaboration, training, and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
