Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotels facilities and services. Your role is vital in creating a positive and lasting impression on our guests, ensuring their stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations, both in-person and via various booking platforms.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage payments and billing processes.
  • Uphold security protocols by following procedures and monitoring guest access.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • A friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
