Job Overview:

Runner:As a Runner, your primary responsibility is to efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring timely and accurate service. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to maintain smooth communication and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Servers:As a Servers, your primary responsibility is to attend to customers’ needs in a friendly, welcoming way while taking and delivering their orders quickly and accurately with excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Servers

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a seamless dining experience by attending to special requests and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding menu items and availability.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively, seeking prompt resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setup and breakdown of dining areas and cash handling responsibilities.

Runner:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
