We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join our client team. You will manage the companys phone reception, direct calls, and greet visitors at the Ta' Xbiex office. Additional responsibilities include assisting with office management and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone reception, directing calls to appropriate departments.
  • Greet walk-in clients, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Assist with office management and admin tasks.

About You:

  • Fluent in English and Maltese (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus.
