Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Malta. The role involves a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, particularly generators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on generators and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new generators and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Manage and maintain tools and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with generator maintenance and repair.
• Certification in a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
