About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant and high-end restaurant located in the heart of St. Julians. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all departments.

Manage, schedule, and supervise staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, upholding the highest standards.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and local regulations.

Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.

Manage inventory levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely ordering and deliveries.

Track and control operational costs, implement budgeting strategies, and optimize profitability.

Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Foster seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Encourage a positive, motivated work environment, providing guidance and support to all team members.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality sector.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
