Our client is a technology company specialising in fintech and other related technology products and services and are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage the Sales and Business Development of myPOS products suite in the sales and promotion of the product.

Our client’s services a vast range of business clients by providing various POS Solutions for any kind of business to help them accept card payments. The chosen individual needs to be target driven and have the ambition to succeed.

Training will be provided to the chosen candidate. This training will give the candidate all the support required to build a long and successful career.

Reporting to the Management you will be expected to:

  • Have a natural flare for sales and a can-do attitude.
  • Handle sales inquiries through face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mails.
  • Conduct cold-calling and carry out ongoing follow-ups with new and existing clients.
  • Be able to achieve agreed monthly individual/team revenue targets.
  • Help the company in events, demonstrations, and/or conferences.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Input activities on the platform.
  • Seek new business opportunities and broaden and deepen customer relationships.

The ideal applicant:

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience working in sales or in a similar post.
  • Knowledge with a financial background would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the maltese business sector is considered an asset
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive and sales oriented with strong negotiating skills.
  • Must possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Should have excellent written and oral skills in Maltese and English. Italian speaking language will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management System will be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Clean police conduct.
