Audit Junior Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Audit Junior Manager to join a leading client in the finance industry, part of an international group. As an Audit Junior Manager, you will take a hands-on approach in managing audit teams and engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality service to clients. You will support senior management and play a key role in the development and execution of audit strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage audit engagements from planning through to reporting, ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Lead audit teams, delegating tasks and ensuring that audit objectives are met within deadlines.
• Review financial statements, assess internal controls, and provide recommendations to improve financial processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during audit engagements, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Prepare audit reports and presentations for senior management and clients, clearly outlining findings and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, ensuring their development through coaching and performance feedback.
• Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Work closely with senior management to contribute to strategic initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) required
• 5+ years of experience in audit, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in audit software and MS Office
