Information Technology Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, support services, and team operations. This role involves leading a team, managing vendors, ensuring system security, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA (Network+, Security+) are a plus

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT management role

• Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
