Payroll Officer - Reduced Hours

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel to ensure accuracy in payroll data and reporting. This role demands a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality, along with a solid understanding of the Shireburn Indigo payroll system and Maltese legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all payroll data is correctly maintained and updated.
• Prepare reports and ensure timely submissions in line with monthly and annual deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Shireburn Indigo payroll system.
• Familiarity with Maltese laws and regulations.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
