Steel Worker

We are seeking a skilled Steel Worker to join our clients team, specializing in the fabrication and installation of structural steel, stainless steel, and related metalwork. Our client is a leader in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on various construction projects, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in steel fabrication and installation, with a strong focus on precision, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install steel structures, including beams, columns, frameworks, and railings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to ensure accurate project execution.
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment used in steel cutting, shaping, and welding.
• Install steel components according to project specifications, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure seamless project workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Worker in fabrication and installation.
• Proficiency in steelwork techniques, including welding, cutting, and assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions.
• Must reside in Malta.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in steelwork or a related field.
• Familiarity with additional metalwork processes, such as stainless steel and aluminum fabrication.
