Responsibilities:

  • View and review user-generated content, ensuring it meets our guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing positive, empathetic, and professional support related to our online marketplace.
  • Follow communication procedures and company policies to deliver consistent service.
  • Evaluate and make decisions in line with defined policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • No experience required, though customer service experience is a bonus!
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • German (native or advanced) and English (conversational) language skills.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.

  • Flexibility in working hours, as this is a rotational shift-based role.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Initial training will be on-site at the office, and you can work from home once the Manager/Trainer approves your ability to work independently.
  • Rotational shifts: 7:00 am 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm midnight, with two days off during the week. Shift times may vary (e.g., 11:00 am 7:30 pm) depending on operational needs.
  • Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the role, as we operate 365 days a year.
  • During the training period, you will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm.
  • Once approved to work from home, morning shifts (Monday to Friday) can be done from home or the office, while weekend and late shifts are remote only.

Relocation for EU Citizens:

  • Flight cost reimbursement of up to 200 after passing the 6-month probationary period (receipt needed at the start of employment).
  • Taxi pick-up from the airport paid by the company.
  • Three weeks of accommodation in a hotel, covered by the company.
  • If the employee resigns or is terminated during probation, hotel costs must be reimbursed to the employer.
