What You'll Do:
Use a case management system to track and complete tasks, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and closed on time.
Keep cases up to date by documenting actions, communications, and resolutions clearly.
Work with other operational teams in insurance and claims to support customer training and onboarding.
Monitor and maintain key metrics related to customer onboarding and data accuracy.
Follow established procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Respond to user and customer inquiries via email and phone, providing consistent support and updates on case status.
Perform administrative and operational tasks that help the team meet its goals.
Skills You'll Need:
Experience with a case or ticketing system, handling requests via email and phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data management.
Familiarity with common desktop applications such as Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems.
Ability to follow established procedures and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills to update cases and collaborate with other operational teams.
