Key Responsibilities:

• Receptionists: Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• F&B Supervisors: Oversee food and beverage service, manage staff, and ensure quality.
• Room Attendants: Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards.
• Reservations Agents: Manage room bookings, handle reservation inquiries, and ensure accurate booking information.
• Night Auditors: Maintain the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, handling guest needs and ensuring safety and security.
• F&B Associates: Assist in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to our guests.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in hospitality.
