Enterprise Architect

We currently have a vacancy for an Enterprise Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Perform business analysis on key business processes supported by the Digital systems, and define a digital transformation vision and strategy including on the use of AI in public;
• Create business architecture models that reflect the organizations strategies and goals and implement a business vision and multi-year plan;
• Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities;
• Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership and conduct research to identify and benchmark open source and IT solutions;
• Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities, conduct research to find ways to improve operations, and provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.

Requirements

• Masters degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• More than 10 years of experience in Project and Portfolio management PRINCE2 & PM2, ITIL, TOGAF, DODAF, NAF, BPM, UML;
• More than 10 years of experience in public sector environment with a proven experience in business and needs analysis;
• More than 7 years of experience in Digital transformation projects and ability to design and drive digital transformation initiatives in public sector environment;
• Experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals;
• Experience with modelling and graphical representations and abstractions;
• Ability to carry out comprehensive user requirement gathering and analysis, including through stakeholder identification and consultation processes;
• Certification in Digital transformation would be considered as assets;
• Excellent command of the English and French language.
