We are currently seeking energetic and passionate Bartenders to join the team at one of our client's trendy restaurants located in Mellieħa. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in proper condition.

• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.

• Manage stock levels, take inventory, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for passionate candidates.

• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktail mixing and drink presentation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
