Workplace Security Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a Workplace Security Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Conducting security risk assessments in Digital Workplace context;
• Diagnose potentially complex security-related and/or identity-related issues;
• Design implement and support effective solutions for mitigating security risks;
• Integrating different security technologies in a complex environment;
• Integrating end point security solutions but with knowledge of backend server and network infrastructure;
• Provision of security studies associated with information system projects;
• Security assessments of information systems.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience in drafting security plans;
• Good knowledge of security standards applying to information systems;
• Knowledge of IT Security Risk and Compliance Management;
• Excellent command of the English language.
