We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Night Receptionist to join a luxury hotel in Sliema. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth hotel operations during overnight shifts, and managing various front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the night shift.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Ensure guest safety by monitoring the premises and handling emergencies.
• Prepare night audit reports and maintain financial accuracy.
• Coordinate smooth handovers with the day staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting tasks.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
