Construction Workers (Steel Fixers, Shutterers, Labourers)

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Construction Workers to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale construction project with a company known for high-quality workmanship. We are hiring Steel Fixers, Shutterers, and Labourers to help ensure that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. 🛠️

Key Responsibilities:

• Steel Fixers: Assemble and install steel reinforcement for concrete structures 
• Shutterers: Build formwork and molds for concrete placement and shaping 
• Labourers: Assist with general site tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment 

General Responsibilities:

• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors 
• Operate hand and power tools as required 
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times, including the use of protective gear and following safety protocols 
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines 
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steel Fixer, Shutterer, or Labourer in construction is preferred 
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under varying weather conditions 
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Fluent in English with basic communication skills 

Qualifications:

• Any technical certification in construction is considered an asset 
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
