Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality of service within Operations. This role is crucial in implementing controls to improve service levels, with a focus on maintaining high standards in claims processing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal controls and review all types of claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining a Transactional NPS process and work towards improving the overall NPS score across all operational areas.
  • Implement and monitor anti-fraud measures both internally and externally.
  • Support in reporting on Operations functions for Corporate.
  • Collaborate with the Processes team to enhance procedures and automate workflows.
  • Track and oversee provider performance to ensure compliance with KPIs.
  • Provide assistance to the cost control department with claims payments and parts ordering functions when required.

Experience and Education:

  • Previous experience in processing insurance claims.
  • Familiarity with insurance policy coverage and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation.
  • Analytical skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
