 Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie (Breakfast) to join our kitchen team in St. Julian's. You will prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring every guest starts their day with a memorable experience.

What You will Do

  • Prepare hot and cold breakfast dishes, including buffet and à la carte items.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen.

  • Assist in stock management and ordering supplies.

  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.

What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel breakfast service.

  • Strong culinary skills with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
