Position Overview
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the linchpin of the dining experience ensuring exceptional guest service, seamless operations, and team leadership that reflect our clients high standards and heartfelt hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations: greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and monitor service flow.

Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly hospitality.

Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of dishes and accurate order fulfillment.

Uphold our clients standards of service, ambience, and presentation ensuring consistency across all shifts.

Deal gracefully with guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Drive upselling opportunities for specials, wine pairings, or set menus while maintaining genuine service.

Support event hosting in private dining spaces (e.g., for special functions or group bookings).

Handle opening and closing procedures including cash management, shift handovers, and inventory checks.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness protocols, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
Qualifications

Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within a Mediterranean, fine casual, or upscale casual dining restaurant.

Deep understanding of Maltese/Mediterranean cuisine or a strong desire to learn and champion it.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a polished and approachable demeanor.
