Job Description:
Our client, a long-established leader in importing, distributing, and retailing prestigious global brands, is seeking to recruit a Full-Time Cashier to join their Finance team. What You will Do:
The selected candidate will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for:

Performing all cashier duties, including daily reconciliation of cash and transactions.

Managing allocations and ensuring accurate record-keeping of financial data.

Handling petty cash disbursement and replenishment with proper documentation.

Processing and recording retail outlet deposits promptly and accurately.

Reconciling Delivery Person/Sales Representatives documents and cash, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Registering online payments and mailed cheques, ensuring timely and correct allocation.

Supporting the Finance Department with any other related Finance and Administration duties as required.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who:

Has a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar accounting role.

Possesses knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Is meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented.

Can work independently and meet deadlines.

Has strong organizational and communication skills.

Can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A qualification in Finance or Accounting will be considered an asset.
