Job Description:
Our client, a leading and established winery in Malta, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Digital Marketing Executive with strong commercial acumen. This role is ideal for someone who can bring modern digital skills, tools, and tactics to reaffirm the winerys position as a market leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital future of one of Maltas most respected names in wine.
Core Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing plans to drive brand growth across all online channels.

Social Media Management: Manage, optimise, and grow the brands social media presence through engaging content, active community management, and consistent posting aligned with key marketing initiatives.

Creative Project & Content Management: Lead creative projects from concept to completion, collaborating with freelancers or agencies as needed. Produce high-quality in-house content to drive organic reach and user engagement.

Digital Advertising Management: Plan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including social media ads, to achieve specific KPIs.

Analytics & Optimisation: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimise digital strategies, website content, and email marketing efforts.

Partnerships & Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and third-party content creators.

Email Marketing & SEO: Create targeted email campaigns, manage digital loyalty programmes, and optimise website content for SEO and eCommerce growth.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.

Other Duties: Support additional marketing and promotional initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: MSc in Strategic Management & Digital Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate degree.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media and digital campaigns for a consumer goods, beverage, or agency brand. Experience should include organic content creation, community management, and running paid campaigns.

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WooCommerce, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Canva. Experience with WordPress for content management is essential.

Mindset: Analytical and creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, excellent communication skills, and an affinity for the wine and hospitality industry.
Additional Requirements

Wine and spirits knowledge is considered an asset but not essential.

Must be able to work in-person at the winery in Malta.
