Position Title:

Systems Application Support Analyst - LMS, TMS

Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting various software applications as well as performing periodic audit reviews, administrative tasks, and documentation creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Priorities

Systems:

Support G-Treasury platform (Treasury Management System) including user permissions / set ups and queries, entity and bank account set ups, resolving systems errors, working with vendors and internal SMEs on systems improvements

Support FinPower platform (Loan Management System) including user permissions / set ups and queries, entity and bank account set ups, resolving systems errors, working with vendor and internal SMEs on systems improvements

Support SAGE X3 Platform including user permissions / set ups and queries, entity set ups, resolving systems errors, working vendor and internal SMEs on system improvements

Conduct user access reviews for internal purposes, on a 45-day basis

Conduct user access reviews for external purposes, quarterly

Prepare a Jira activity report for Head of Shared Services, monthly

Perform General Ledger (GL) account reviews for internal purposes, quarterly

Future Priorities

It is expected that as the individual gains sufficient knowledge capital across key software platforms, their responsibilities would expand:

  • Support FloQast (Period Close and Reconciliation Platform) Administration
  • Administer SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) library
  • Capture process workflows
  • Assist in modelling data from Power Bi for management fee determination
  • Provide ad hoc support and analysis requested by the direct manager
