Our client is seeking for a Financial Analyst to join their team!

Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Operations, the Financial Analyst is a member of the Finance team and will be responsible for analyzing expense data. The position requires a high degree of coordination and collaboration with the development team and outside partners.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze expense report spending trends.
• Ensure expenses are compliant with Company Policies.
• Analyze spend data and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on spending trends and exceptions.
• Special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or relevant work experience. Minor in Information Technology or Systems preferred

• 3-5 years of finance experience with Deltek Vantagepoint including Fixed Assets, Procurement, CRM and Resource Planning

• Self-starter who is able thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.

• Proven track record of breaking down and solving complex problems with impeccable business judgment. Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.

• Willing and excited about diving into the numbers and being hands-on.

• Customer service-oriented

Systems:

• ERP experience, Deltek Vantagepoint required
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx experience preferred
