Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Creative Executive to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a design background and extensive experience in ad creatives and strategy. As a Creative Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed creative briefs, manage the creative process from ideation to approval, and coordinate with technical teams for campaign launches. You will act as the bridge between internal teams, copywriters, clients, and technical execution, ensuring that all campaigns meet strategic goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Brief Development:
    • Draft comprehensive creative briefs for copywriters and designers, ensuring alignment with client goals and campaign strategies.
    • Incorporate key insights, messaging guidelines, and creative concepts into all briefs.
  • Creative Process Management:
    • Manage the approval process for creatives and ad copy, collaborating with clients and internal teams to address feedback and finalise assets.
    • Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets for campaign readiness.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Brief Technical Executives when campaigns are ready to launch, providing all necessary assets and specifications.
    • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creative strategies with broader media plans.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain a high standard of quality in all creative outputs, ensuring they are on-brand, on-brief, and optimised for performance.
    • Monitor trends in ad creative to provide innovative ideas for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or ad creative management, ideally within an eCommerce or digital marketing agency.
    • Background in design or creative processes (hands-on design experience is not required but is a plus).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ad creative best practices for Meta Ads (e.g., video, static, carousel formats).
    • Familiarity with eCommerce metrics and how creative impacts performance (e.g., CTR, CVR, ROAS).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise between internal teams, copywriters, and clients effectively.
    • Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes rapidly.
