Job Overview:

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in reaching our sales targets by providing excellent service, understanding customer needs, and offering the right solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to prospective customers through, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through frequent communication and by providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Presentations: Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients in a compelling way, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clear communication.

Sales Negotiations: Negotiate prices and terms, and handle contract closing processes to ensure a positive customer experience and profitable sales.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively working on prospecting, sales, and follow-ups.

Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience with Australian Telecom industry

Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
