Position Overview:

As a GHL Expert for our Reignite program, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing GoHighLevel (GHL) systems for our clients. You will work closely with our team to deliver customized automation solutions that align with our clients unique needs, helping them achieve seamless workflows, enhanced client engagement, and increased profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of GHLs capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business goals into effective automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

GHL Setup & Management: Configure and manage GHL accounts, including CRM setup, funnel building, website creation, and email/text automation.

Automation Strategy: Design and implement tailored automation workflows that align with clients goals, ensuring a smooth user experience and optimal engagement.

Integration & Customization: Integrate third-party tools and customize GHL features to meet the specific needs of each client.

Lead Nurturing & Campaign Optimization: Develop and refine lead nurturing sequences and automated campaigns to increase client conversion rates.

Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that their GHL systems are set up efficiently and effectively.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any GHL-related issues, ensuring a high standard of service and quick resolution times.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of automation workflows, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM management, website build out, funnel building, and automation workflows.

Strong understanding of automation strategies and their application in a variety of industries.

Experience with third-party integrations and customizing GHL settings to fit client needs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation best practices is a plus.
