Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Executive to join our performance marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and a proven track record of working within eCommerce agencies. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up campaigns at scale, adhering to strict naming conventions, and providing actionable performance updates based on eCommerce metrics. You will be working across a portfolio of clients, requiring excellent workload management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup:
- Create and manage high-volume campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring strict adherence to naming conventions and detailed specifications.
- Implement campaign structures aligned with eCommerce goals and strategies based on strict briefs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly review performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide concise and accurate performance updates using key eCommerce metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV and Conversion Value).
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all campaigns and data outputs.
- Troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery or performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the account and creative team to ensure campaigns are aligned with media plans.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Meta Performance Marketing, specifically within an eCommerce agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup and optimisation at scale.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics.
- Data literacy with the ability to interpret and communicate performance trends.
- Soft Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to campaign management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle high-volume workflows and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up systems and processes rapidly and follow them meticulously.
