Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and will be instrumental in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients for our AI-based calling technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and networking events.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our AI-based solutions and assess their needs.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their fit and potential value, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to meticulously track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and refine messaging to effectively reach potential clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
  • Experience with Lusha tool 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI-based or communication technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with other sales engagement tools and platforms.
