Our Client is an ASX-listed specialist investment manager with a 25 year track record of delivering a range of products and services to investors, advisers and securityholders. Our client has $20.5 billion in assets under management (AUM). Our business is centred around property funds management, real estate debt and investment bonds.

The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Tenant Payment Allocation, resolution of unidentified Bank Rec items
  • Raising tenant and non-tenant ad-hoc invoicing, including tenant recharges
  • Tenant Invoice, Statement, and Collection Letters
  • Managing tenants and Property Managers in line with SLA
  • Coordinating Discounts and Abatements with Property Managers
  • Monthly Debtors Reporting
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives
  • Assistance with audit and controls
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Qualification & Experience: 

Must-Have: 3 years minimum related work experience in Accounts Receivable (Collections) and accounting for Australian-based retail and office spaces

Preferably: Property/Real Estate Experience, MRI Software Experience, Degree qualified, Exposure to Automation
