About the job Junior Property Accounts Receivable Officer
Our Client is an ASX-listed specialist investment manager with a 25 year track record of delivering a range of products and services to investors, advisers and securityholders. Our client has $20.5 billion in assets under management (AUM). Our business is centred around property funds management, real estate debt and investment bonds.
The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:
- Tenant Payment Allocation, resolution of unidentified Bank Rec items
- Raising tenant and non-tenant ad-hoc invoicing, including tenant recharges
- Tenant Invoice, Statement, and Collection Letters
- Managing tenants and Property Managers in line with SLA
- Coordinating Discounts and Abatements with Property Managers
- Monthly Debtors Reporting
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Assistance with audit and controls
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualification & Experience:
Must-Have: 3 years minimum related work experience in Accounts Receivable (Collections) and accounting for Australian-based retail and office spaces
Preferably: Property/Real Estate Experience, MRI Software Experience, Degree qualified, Exposure to Automation
