Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director and senior team by managing priorities, schedules, and confidential communications, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive workflows. You will act as a central point of coordination for key stakeholders, maintaining discretion, professionalism, and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare professional documentation including investor reports, board papers, loan summaries, and legal correspondence
- Liaise confidently with investors, legal and insolvency professionals, borrowers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating due diligence, loan administration, and investor communications
- Maintain and organise digital records, contracts, and sensitive documentation with strict confidentiality
- Support compliance, governance, and reporting processes
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities and workflows
- Assist with project coordination across lending, investment, and legal functions
- Represent the executive office with professionalism and discretion in all interactions
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Senior Administrator role
- Strong background in financial services, legal, investment, or real estate environments preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High level of discretion, judgement, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience managing confidential records and legal/financial documentation
- Confidence in liaising with C-level executives, investors, and professional services firms
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a small, highly experienced team
