What Do We Need?

Weare seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email and phone, handling cancellation requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries via email.
  • Communicate with customers regarding cancellations and account information.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their requests.
  • Process cancellation requests and issues related to payments.
  • Follow provided processes and step-by-step guides to complete tasks.
  • Manually input data into spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Download data and upload it to the platform as needed.
  • Schedule social media posts and manage basic content updates.
  • Manually check and update documents for winners from ViralSweeps.
  • Process customer cancellations and delete accounts when necessary.

MUSTHAVES

The customer service representative must have:

  • Strong English communication skills (mainly written with English speaking to answer any inbound calls)
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong focus on outbound
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment

NICE TO HAVES

  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms
  • Experience in social media management
  • Basic understanding of payment processing and related issues
  • Previous experience with ViralSweeps or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
