What You'll Do
As a Financial Analyst OutForce, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consulting projects by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the financial integrity of projects and contribute to the overall success of our engagements.
This role will handle the following responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial feasibility of client projects and initiatives.
- If project requires, assist in preparation of financial forecast models and/or finance reporting templates.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements to provide an assessment of clients' historical performance and areas of improvement.
- Provide insights into the financial implications of strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities and process improvements within the clients' organization.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, project managers, and other analysts, to achieve project goals.
- Contribute financial expertise to support the overall success of consulting engagements.
- Collaborate and guide client-side finance teams in developing finance project deliverables.
The role will be part of the Corporate Strategy Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 work experience as Financial Analyst, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
